I worked directly with Jonathan, the owner, he was super transparent, extremely well priced, and I am super satisfied with the work and with the experience. A few days ago I ran into a situation where my water heater needed to be completely replaced due to a hole near the electrical in the unit. All the other companies that I called would not give me a quote over the phone, even if I was going to send them a picture, and either offered a free evaluation, but a high price point (some over double the cost of the unit) for the unit, and a crazy installation fee. I was quoted between $2200 and $3000 from the 5 companies I spoke with in the Tampa Bay Area including the unit, the installation, a one-year workmanship warranty, or between $750-$1200 just for the installation alone (usually only taking 1.5 - 2 hours). With Jonathan, he was the best priced, without compromising quality. He came out much cheaper because he doesn’t have all of the overhead and marketing costs. He is also extremely humble and down to earth. We had a great conversation while he was working on my install. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family, as well as plan on using him in the future with all my other plumbing needs. Jonathan and his crew are the best in the business. I have had three water leaks over the years and he always gets me scheduled the same day. The last leak was last November and he sent out Jose to see where the leak in the ceiling was coming from. Jose quickly found the toilet was incorrectly installed by someone else and fixed it in record time. I also mentioned I had water leaking at front line into the house. He was able to schedule that the next day. Jose is a class act! The fix took longer than anticipated and should have cost more, but the company quoted me the day before and true to a man of his word, he would not charge me more. Nobody wants to search for a plumber on a Saturday night but i called United Plumbing & Drain. I was contacted within minutes of leaving a message. With the water main turned off by the city we, opted to have the repair done Sunday morning. I’m glad John sent Mark to repair our water line from the meter to the house. Mark worked tirelessly to repair the pipe and get water to the house. Mark is kind and friendly and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, come up with a solution then complete the repair. He waited longer than just 10 minutes (without additional charge) to ensure the joints were secure before opening the main. Mark cleaned up the yard and left it in pre-leak condition. Mark is a plumber, landscaper, carpenter, ditch digger, and mathematician all rolled into one person. He gave us a fair price for all the work he did. We highly recommend Mark and United Plumbing and Drain.

Last month I discovered a leak on my master bathroom, a friend of mine from Tampa told me about this company , since I live in Parrish I thought was too far away but I still decided to call them anyway. I talked to the owner direct , he was super friendly and professional, he came in to the house the same week, right away discovered the leak and gave me a fair price, since we were going to remodel the bathroom anyway , he called my contractor and explained what he was going to do and both came up with a plan. The following week he had the job done. This plumbing company is very responsible, reliable and the customer service is Amazing, The owner Jonathan Capestany called me last week to check in, I was very happy to get that call, definitely I will keep his business card on a safe place. Recently used United Plumbing & Drain in my newly purchased home after finding several issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. Mark was able to find the issues quickly, took pictures to show me what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. United came by to fix the dreaded Moen shower faucet. No hot water. Moen's screw inside the shower handle was stuck beyond belief. Apparently we weren't alone. Three other homes in the same community had called United prior. The screw was stripped and the United plumber had to break the handle in order to get to the bad cartridge. Thank you United.
