Nobody wants to search for a plumber on a Saturday night but i called United Plumbing & Drain. I was contacted within minutes of leaving a message. With the water main turned off by the city we, opted to have the repair done Sunday morning. I’m glad John sent Mark to repair our water line from the meter to the house. Mark worked tirelessly to repair the pipe and get water to the house. Mark is kind and friendly and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, come up with a solution then complete the repair. He waited longer than just 10 minutes (without additional charge) to ensure the joints were secure before opening the main. Mark cleaned up the yard and left it in pre-leak condition. Mark is a plumber, landscaper, carpenter, ditch digger, and mathematician all rolled into one person. He gave us a fair price for all the work he did. We highly recommend Mark and United Plumbing and Drain.
Reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. John (possibly the manager/owner) and Jose (the plumber) did everything they could to fix a blockage in our pipes. Jose even came after hours & returned a second time (free of charge) to solve the issue. Thank you both so much!

Last month I discovered a leak on my master bathroom, a friend of mine from Tampa told me about this company , since I live in Parrish I thought was too far away but I still decided to call them anyway. I talked to the owner direct , he was super friendly and professional, he came in to the house the same week, right away discovered the leak and gave me a fair price, since we were going to remodel the bathroom anyway , he called my contractor and explained what he was going to do and both came up with a plan. The following week he had the job done. This plumbing company is very responsible, reliable and the customer service is Amazing, The owner Jonathan Capestany called me last week to check in, I was very happy to get that call, definitely I will keep his business card on a safe place. Recently used United Plumbing & Drain in my newly purchased home after finding several issues with the plumbing in the bathroom. Mark was able to find the issues quickly, took pictures to show me what was wrong and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. He came back out the next day and installed 2 bathroom faucets with new lines under the sink and additional kitchen sink faucet out of courtesy. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the (hopefully not too soon) future.
Mark came out and worked on our new house and he was amazing! Jonathan gave us the best price around and Mark was very respectable. We had just moved into our house so not only did he install our garbage disposal, but we were his last house of the day and he showed us how to turn our water off and fixed our shower! Will for sure use mark and Jonathan again in the future
I called United Plumbing and Drain with an emergency on a mid Friday afternoon. I had a pipe to an outside faucet that had a crack and a major leak. Teresa, on the emergency line, was able to call tech Mark and even though he had a loaded schedule, he came to the house at 5:45 PM to address the problem. Within an hour, Mark had the problem solved. The charge was very reasonable. Thank you to the owner, Jonathon, for providing this customer option. Called them up at 5:30 pm and they came out day of. This was obviously an emergency/a simple fix, nonetheless, bossman came even once he was done for the day. He was also nice, professional, and an all around pleasant guest to have in my home. The compliments could go on and on. Don’t waste you time reading past this.
