United came by to fix the dreaded Moen shower faucet. No hot water. Moen's screw inside the shower handle was stuck beyond belief. Apparently we weren't alone. Three other homes in the same community had called United prior. The screw was stripped and the United plumber had to break the handle in order to get to the bad cartridge. Thank you United.

Called them up at 5:30 pm and they came out day of. This was obviously an emergency/a simple fix, nonetheless, bossman came even once he was done for the day. He was also nice, professional, and an all around pleasant guest to have in my home. The compliments could go on and on. Don’t waste you time reading past this.
